A helping hand

The Indigenous (Tribal) People’s Program supports tribal communities living in the rainforest region, located 70 kilometres from Sri Narayani Peedam. Donations include desks, benches, books and stationery for schools and students, as well as raincoats, blankets and basic health services.

Sri Sakthi Amma talks regularly to the children of the tribal communities on the importance of taking care of nature and the environment they live in.

Educational Empowerment: Bridging Gaps and Opening Doors

At the heart of our initiative is the commitment to bridge educational disparities among Indigenous children through the Indigenous Community Education and Assistance Programme. We provide not just educational materials but go beyond, establishing computer centers, distributing computers to schools, and creating an enriched learning environment that fosters the growth and development of Indigenous youth.

Liberating Futures Through Education

(The Vidyanethram Initiative)

The Vidyanethram Initiative is our bold step toward liberating Indigenous children from daily chores. By offering formal education and computer literacy programs, we break societal limitations and open doors to a brighter future. This initiative is a testament to our belief that education is the key to empowerment.

Addressing Basic Needs

Enhancing Lives Holistically

Recognizing the fundamental importance of basic needs, our initiative ensures the distribution of clothing, including sarees and dhotis, as well as blankets to Indigenous communities. This holistic approach enhances the overall quality of life, fostering not just survival but a thriving existence.

Economic Empowerment

Nurturing Sustainable Change

Our commitment extends beyond immediate needs. To foster sustainable change, we empower Indigenous communities through training in harvesting spices, honey, and millets. We provide guidance in marketing these products, creating opportunities for economic independence. This comprehensive approach aims to create a lasting impact on the economic landscape of these communities.

Our Impact

Over the years, we've celebrated significant milestones, including the establishment of computer centers, the distribution of computers, providing essential classroom furniture, and offering dental care. We also address basic needs and distribute special food packets during festive occasions, bringing joy and celebration to the hearts of Indigenous communities.

Community: Spreading Joy and Unity

On special occasions like Pongal and Diwali, our initiative goes the extra mile by distributing specially prepared food packets. This effort not only brings joy but also strengthens the sense of community and unity among Indigenous populations.

Our Collective Vision: A Brighter Future Together

As the Indigenous Welfare Initiative continues its compassionate journey, our vision remains steadfast. We aim to provide ongoing educational support, ensure the distribution of essential items, and empower livelihoods, creating a hopeful and brighter future for underprivileged Indigenous communities.

Join us in making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most. Together, let's nurture communities, foster positive change, and create a future where Indigenous populations thrive
